Due to the high energy level of Plasmatreat’s plasma, chemical or organic substances on the surface of the material can have their structure selectively broken up. This process results in new reaction products and the surface is completely freed of the unwanted initial substances creating ideal conditions for subsequent coating.

Mould release agents, additives, plasticizers and hydrocarbons are removed from the surfaces.
