Pretreatment: Unlimited possibilities for surface coating using Plasmatreat’s Openair® plasma and PlasmaPlus®

Coating with Plasmatreat’s Openair® plasma or a PlasmaPlus® system allows surfaces to be matched individually to the requirements of the properties of the subsequent product.

Using Plasmatreat’s plasma technology novel and high-grade materials can be created using low-cost support materials. Plasma can be ideally employed for selective coatings. This gives rise to a very wide range of applications. For example, PET films, aluminum foils, fabrics, textiles, glass, various plastics, metals and noble metals can be coated with the aid of this plasma technology. As well this process can be utilized to harden materials, in tool production for example, or to create plastic surfaces very receptive to bonding.
