Plasma systems: Plasmatreat laboratory systems for giving unique features to surfaces such as plastic, glass or metal
Determination of all parameters
The pretreatment parameters for cleaning, activation and coating in numerous industrial applications can be determined by means of a Plasmatreat laboratory system.
Depending on the requirements for the desired properties of a material all the parameters needed are evaluated by the Plasmatreat laboratory system reproducibly and by analogy with a standard installation. All factors for the real process, such as speeds, offsets or spacings of the plasma jets, are precisely calculated. Plasmatreat laboratory systems are under software control which allows precise management and documentation of the tests. The key point here is that production need not be interrupted in order to carry out test series on the line.

Development of individual surfaces
It is often the case that the use of Plasmatreat’s Openair® plasma technology makes it possible to employ new or even more advantageous support materials or alternative adhesives and coating systems in the production process. Tailored surfaces having almost all of the desired properties can be developed on our laboratory systems.
