This annual event, now in its 14th year, is regarded as an important date in the company's calendar. Each year in the week before Christmas Plasmatreat CEO Christian Buske invites executives from Sales, Production, Marketing and Research & Development to an International Sales Conference.
The 2014 event, which was held in Bielefeld and at the company's headquarters in neighboring Steinhagen, welcomed colleagues and sales representatives from four continents. The comprehensive program included internal meetings, training events, workshops, lectures and visits to companies in Westphalia and nearby Lower Saxony.
"Fostering open, intercultural dialogue between our sales staff in as many as 35 different countries is a matter of personal interest to me," said Buske. "The meeting promotes not just professional cooperation, but more importantly personal contacts, which are key to the commercial success of any international sales team."
