Are you looking for a corrosion protection, a barrier coating or seeking to increase the electrical insulation for your electronic components?

Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) is a well-known and frequently used procedure to apply nanocoatings. Unfortunately, the vacuum deposition method presents some limitations e.g costs of process, equipment investment, its temperature load on the substrate or its total process time.

It is less known that nanocoatings can be applied with atmospheric plasma as well while at the same time overcoming the limitations of the PECVD process using the Openair-Plasma® and PlasmaPlus® technologies.

This free webinar will be presented by Nico Coenen and Dhia Ben Salem, PhD. The two experts will set a focus on nanocoatings applied by Openair-Plasma® and PlasmaPlus® technologies within electronic applications.

Please join us in this upcoming webinar.

Topics Covered:

  •     How to apply nanocoatings by Openair-Plasma® and PlasmaPlus® technologies.
  •     Characteristics of the nanocoatings
  •     Application examples

The webinar will run for 40 min plus a Q&A-session. If you have a specific problem or need, please send your question in advance of the webinar so we can include it in the program.
