Openair-Plasma®(オープンエアープラズマ) による前処理は、繊維や糸の表面エネルギーを高めることで濡れ性を大幅に向上させ、無溶剤タイプの染料を使用する場合でも、良好で耐久性のある密着性を実現します。また、撥水性や防汚性といった表面への機能性付与にも対応しています。Openair-Plasma®ノズルは、新しい高性能紡糸装置に求められる厳しい要求にも対応可能です。
さらに、低圧プラズマ装置 Auroraによる前処理は、濡れ性を向上させることで、補強用繊維材料の接合品質向上 (複合材料用途) に貢献します。
