Understanding bonding processes, avoiding mistakes, and unlocking potential with plasma technology.

Bonding is everywhere – from nameplates on façades to high-performance components. But what happens when it doesn’t hold? In this joint PlasmaTalk, Plasmatreat and Innotech dive deep into the mechanisms of adhesion and uncover why even promising bonding processes can fail.

Based on an example, we’ll walk you through the bonding journey. You'll learn how bonding is perceived differently by experts and non-experts, and which key factors determine the success or failure of adhesive joints. We'll explore how materials, adhesives, and surface treatments interact – and examine whether plasma technology can serve as a reliable alternative to traditional primers.

Together with Buruk Sen from Innotech and Tanja Pepler from Plasmatreat, you’ll gain the following insights:

  • Overview adhesive technologies
  • Typical causes of bonding failure and how to fix those
  • The role of environmental conditions
  • The importance of surface treatment
  • Using existing standards for process optimization
  • Practical alternatives to chemical primers – like Openair-Plasma®

Whether you’re new to bonding or seeking to optimize your production – this PlasmaTalk delivers answers, clarity, and expert tips.

Register now for free and discover the potential of your bonding processes! Take this opportunity to deepen your knowledge of plasma applications and make your production processes more sustainable, efficient and cost-effective.

This webinar provides practical insights, fresh perspectives, and a live Q&A session to address your specific questions. The PlasmaTalk will run for approximately 40-60 minutes.
